On May 16, 2012, the grand opening of a brick factory in Guatira (Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela) took place.
The plant, with a total capacity of 25 million bricks per year, was built and put into operation in record time. In order to reduce the time of installation and the early withdrawal of the plant in the work of our specialists in installation of equipment.
In just 2 months, the casting and installation of the furnace panels were completed, as well as the installation of equipment for the storage and storage, located at a height of over 8 meters. Electrical work was carried out in parallel with the mechanical installation of equipment, which complicated the work, but allowed to reduce the total period of work for several months. The first brick was obtained from the press on April 5, and already on April 16 the first car with its own baked blocks was burnt out of the furnace! Currently, all the equipment of the plant operates in automatic mode. The operation of the equipment and the adjustment of the operating parameters are in full swing in order to obtain the optimum quality of the base brick and bring the plant to its design capacity.
